Without a Cue Productions promises an exciting evening of entertainment. Welcome to The Land of Oz Discoteria and the World Championship King and Queen of Disco Dance Contest! The dance finalists will be bumping to that beat, each of them hoping to be crowned the new monarch of the light fantastic. Our DJ "The Boogie Man", will be spinning some killer tunes. So, put on your polyester and platform shoes because one of our contestants will "do the hustle" right into the chain gang as murder erupts in this '70s disco mystery! Recommended for mature audiences, 17 and under admitted at parents' discretion.

Born in Berlin, Germany, Lilli Gettinger (1920-1999) fled the Nazis in 1938 and eventually settled in the Princeton region. She had her first solo exhibition at the Corcoran Gallery in 1952 and also taught sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art in New york City for fifteen years. In her polychrome relief sculptures and pastel drawings, the references to the terrors of the concentration camps as well as her own harrowing escape from Germany are intermingled with allusions to literature, music and the Bible.

"Dog Dogs" turns a loving eye on canines and the "human animals" caring for them.  Acutely observing the canine world, he sees dignity in the ankle-high Chihuahua, the anxiety of the homeless hound, the smugness of the adored dachshund, the patience of the poodle and the matchless joy of the homely but well-loved pug. These humorous and insightful photographs explore quirky relationships between dogs and people, and prove that our friendship grows from mutual reseemblance and feeling.  On May 13, Steven Perloff will speak about photography of the animal kingdom, a one-time only lecture at 1pm.

Sesame Place opens May 3rd with the unveiling of the new Sunny Day Carousel.  Located in the heart of the park across from Sesame Neighborhood, this one-of-a-kind Sesame Street themed carousel has thirty custom-created cute, colorful, muppetized horses.  Other festivities include Jack Hanna and His Animal Friends, Bob McGrath, Sesame Street Themed Fireworks and much more. The 2008 season at Sesame Place, the nation's only theme park based entirely on the award-winning television show ,Sesame Street, is jam-packed with family fun and the month of May is a standout!

The park opens Sunday, May 3 and will be open weekends only until May 23rd. when the park is open daily.  After Labor Day, Sesame Place is open weekends only until October 25, 2008.

The Bucks County Visitor's Center is proud to host their new ongoing art exhibit "Discover the Arts in Bucks!" The Churchville Photography Club will kick off this exciting exhibit by displaying vibrant scenic photos by various artists from June 1st-July 4th. The Churchville Photography Club includes 120 members representing all levels of experience. The exhibit will rotate local artists every five weeks!

The National Canal Museum has introduced a new video program on "Geothermal Energy".  The geothermal system at the Emrick Center serves as a demonstration project for energy awareness among residents of the community.  The building features one of the most innovative and forward-thinking technologies for heating and cooling, and this video will bring the technology to life for visitors.

Geothermal systems are recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as the most beneficial heating and cooling technology available.  They are environmentally safe, cost effective, durable, quiet and aesthetically pleasing.

An homage to early American colonial stonework and design, the brand new Pearl S. Buck House "Architecture of a Farmhouse" exhibit explores the structural features of the circa 1825 stone farmhouse that Pearl S. Buck called home for nearly 40 years.  The historic Pearl S. Buck House boasts a unique mix of period styles and compositions, reflecting the additions made by Ms. Buck in order to accommodate the evolving needs of  her large family.  A portion of the exhibit will also demonstrate the current restoration of the Pearl S. Buck House.
